Hello and Moin, we are DAS KÖSTLICH
This is where people come together to eat or just chat over a glass of wine.
A place where you can be who you are and meet new, exciting people or enjoy togetherness in comfort.
Open, unconventional and yet high standards of service and food - that´s exactly what we opened our restaurant DAS KÖSTLICH in Travemünde at the Strandbahnhof on July 9th, 2018.

After almost four years the time had come and we have grown!
With a heavy heart, we opened our small restaurant at the Strandbahnhof for the last time on February 14, 2022 and closed it with a crying and at the same time joyful eye after a great Valentines evening.
Since February 2022 we have moved just a few meters further towards the water and can now be found at Kaiserallee 2. (In the Grand Hotel Atlantic building).
New, fresh ambience and with two terraces and a separate adjoining room, one or the other place more ;)
Together with the artist Ninette Mathiessen we were able to set some special accents and look forward to at least as great a time as before.
DAS KÖSTLICH-Travemünde
We have been the official sponsor of the SC RAPID LÜBECK women’s soccer team since September 2022.
A team with a lot of heart, humor, willpower and enthusiasm.
We are proud and grateful to be a part of it and of course keep our fingers crossed for many victories ;)
From 2023 it will be really exciting for us - we will open our second restaurant.
In the middle of the old town island in the Hanseatic city of Lübeck we are then also on the Koberg directly opposite the St. Jacobi Church to find.
In the building of Hotel KO15, our restaurant will accommodate over 40 guests. The adjoining terrace with a direct view over the Koberg and the annual Christmas market with all its hustle and bustle invites you to linger and enjoy.
Here, too, we are working among others with the artist Ninette Matthiessen, who paints suitable pictures for us for special accents.
DAS KÖSTLICH-Lübeck Altstadt
Liebe Gäste,
aufgrund von unüberbrückbaren Differenzen mit unserem Vermieter, werden wir den
Betrieb des DAS KÖSTLICH-Lübeck Altstadt zum 13. März 2025 einstellen.
Wir haben die vergangenen Monate enorm genossen, hatten wahnsinnig tolle Gäste,
enorm schöne Momente und richtig viel Spaß hier am Koberg.
Nichtsdestotrotz steht für uns die Sicherheit und das Wohlbefinden unserer Mitarbeiter,
Gäste und unseres Unternehmens an allererster Stelle.
Wir möchten uns an dieser Stelle bei all unseren Gästen von Herzen für die Zeit bedanken
und wünschen jedem einzelnen alles erdenklich Gute.
